A short phone call so I can hear where you are and tell you honestly whether I am the right person to help. If I am not, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

For the son or daughter whose parent shuts it down every single time. I come to the home, or join by video, and start the conversation so you do not have to be the one who brings up death at Sunday dinner.

Speaking detailsWhy I ask for a deposit.
Because I have watched good people with every intention in the world never finish.
One couple I sat with had home visits, video calls, and months of patient check-ins from me. They never completed their paperwork. They were not difficult people. They simply had nothing at stake, so the folder stayed in the drawer.
A deposit is not about money. It is the thing that carries you through paperwork that is emotionally hard to face. It is a completion tool. I require it of everyone.
What I am, and what I am not.
I provide preparation, facilitation, coordination and document completion support, with a traveling notary. I am not an attorney and this is not legal advice.
Document preparation rules vary by state. Where Pennsylvania law requires a licensed attorney — a complicated estate, a contested situation, a trust — I will tell you plainly and help you find the right person.
Telling you the truth about that is part of what you are paying me for.
One call. Fifteen minutes. A plain answer.
I will listen, tell you honestly whether I can help, and quote you a price. That is the whole call.
